Acceptable Returns
UBIDBAZAAR will accept returns under the following circumstances:
a) Damaged Product: If the product is damaged during shipping, we will gladly accept the return. Please
notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide supporting evidence such as photographs or videos
showing the damage. Ensure to record the package opening video as evidence of damage during
shipping.
b) Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, please
contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assist you in returning the incorrect item and arranging for
the correct product to be delivered.

Return Window
To initiate a return, please email us at support@ubidbazaar.com within 7 days of receiving the product.
Include your order details, a clear description of the issue, and attach relevant photos or videos that
demonstrate the problem, such as the unpacking process or the damaged product. Our dedicated

Non-Returnable Items
